Microblading | Powder/Ombre Brows | 3D Eyebrows
Enhance your eyebrows with our specialty service, Powder brows! Powder brows is a form of semi-permanent tattooing in which we artistically build up tiny pixels of pigment, achieving a natural, powdered makeup look. Our goal here is to mimic your natural eyebrow, making the “tattoo” completely undetectable. Check out our gallery to see how this can enhance your look!

Our Permanent Makeup Method
Through experience, we’ve created our own technique for microblading and powder brows. We’ve been humble about it for a long time, but after seeing it performed wrong time after time with people coming to us to fix their previously done work, we decided it’s time to educate on how this should be done and what you should be looking for when choosing your artist. The artist you choose will completely determine if you have a positive experience with permanent makeup.
Many people shy away from permanent makeup because when performed improperly, it can look unnatural, dark, fade to a weird color, scar the skin.. the list goes on.
The truth is that if the job is done properly- nobody should be able to tell that your permanent makeup is tattooed! Our clients get the compliment that they have great eyebrows, but the tattoo is our little secret! Permanent makeup should make you look better, without looking that you’ve had anything done. Our clients tell us it is the best thing they’ve ever done- which is how you should feel about your permanent makeup!
Through years of experience we’ve been able to revolutionize powder brows and microblading.
With designing: Wafa Brows does not believe in stencils, measurements, or tools to measure. We freehand the design on your face. Brows are an art! We will start with one eyebrow. Once you love it, we will match the other side. You will then see the brows on your face in pencil before approving and getting your permanent makeup done.
Why do measurements not work? The two sides of the face are completely different, as is the rest of our body. I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase- eyebrows are sisters not twins, but also not cousins. Sometimes one side of the face is more droopy, one eye is higher than the other, one eyebrow muscle is bigger/puffier/stronger than the other, one side of the face is wider or longer than the other.. etc. There is so much to take in to account. The different angles, your expressions when you talk- as eyebrows carry your entire expression! Every face requires different points and a different design in order to bring out the best of your beauty. We’ve found that using stencils or measurements causes the brows to look unnatural or like stickers on the face. You want to make sure the design on your face is adding to your beauty, not taking away from it. The eyebrows hold a lot of power!

It is important to not only see before and after photos, but also healed photos of the permanent makeup. One of the most important factors that determines if permanent makeup is good quality or not- is that it ages well. This means that it fades with time, requiring touch ups. It does not change color, only continues to fade with the natural skin cell turn over of your skin.
After the Design comes the permanent makeup. With our powder brows technique, our clients are amazed because they say it looks like we implanted hairs where they don’t have them. This is always our goal. Permanent makeup should look NATURAL, not like a tattoo!
When it comes to pigment selection, we never ask the client which color pigment they want because the client does not know! The pigment does not look the same in the bottle vs. on the skin and each pigment will look different on each client because we are all so unique. We always match your eyebrow hairs so there is no difference between your real brows and your microbladed brows. A seamless blend between your hair and your permanent makeup is our secret!
Our microblading/powderbrows are semi-permanent and will slowly lighten as your skin exfoliates over time! It will never turn red/green/blue etc. It will never leave a visible scar! It will slowly disappear until there is no remaining pigment. Clients typically need a touch up every six months the first year or two and then it will only become necessary to touch up once a year. The beauty of permanent makeup is in the softness and how naturally it can flow with your own beauty.
